Hello all,
If I do not currently have your bibliography, it is now late. You will receive 10 points off for every day I do not have it (which means that it is now worth a maximum of 40 points.) Please email me this assignment as soon as possible.
Best,
Jessica

Grade updates
Hi all,
Your blog grades are updated. The highest grade you can now have on this assignment is an 80.
I've made an executive decision based partly on the quality of your peer reviews for the last presentation to give everyone in class the final three points for blog responses. If you've been doing these responses every week, you'll notice that that puts you at an 11/10 for this assignment.
Your grades for your State of the Presentation Presentation are also now up in the grade book.
If you are keeping track of your grades (and I hope you are!) you'll see that the highest total grade that you can now have is a 480, which means that there are still 220 points up for grabs (there is a total of 700 points for the course)
I will give you a heads up that I will not be grading your annotated bibliography or your final panel presentations lightly, due in part to the fact that you have had an opportunity to practice and get feedback and that you'll have a fair amount of time to refine each both in- and out of class.
All best,
Jessica

Annotated Bibliographies
Hi all,
Please hold off with giving me your annotated bibliographies. As I mentioned in class several times, we are working on them in class today and you'll need to make changes based off the feedback you get on your preliminary bibliography. You will almost certainly be given more time this week to complete this assignment so it is perfect.

Great feedback
Hi all,
Just wanted to pop my head in quickly and applaud you all on the feedback that you are giving your peers. I am really really impressed with how thoughtful, respectful, and constructive it is.
I'm going to give each group a summary of this feedback (so you will stay anonymous) in class on Wednesday!
Thanks again for supporting your classmates!
Best,
Jessica

This week's blog post
Hi all,
You have one blog post this week, due before class on Wednesday:
Visit the OWL at Purdue's website on Annotated Bibliographies here:
http://owl.english.purdue.edu/owl/resource/614/01/
(While you are at the OWL website, read up on citations!)
In at least 200 words, discuss:
What is an annotated bibliography? Why do you have to write one for this class?
At the end of class on Monday, you'll be given directions for your Annotated Bibliography, which is also due this week.
Best,
Jessica
